Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations under UK law.

1. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods but with True Tackle with extended this a 60 day return policy.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us via email at sales@truetackle.co.uk within 60 days of receiving your order. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling. However, we would appreciate feedback so we can improve our services.

2. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it was faulty or incorrect.
  • You have 14 days from the date you notify us of the return to send the item back to us.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process a refund within 14 days to your original method of payment.

Exceptions: If the item was custom-made, personalized, or otherwise exempt under UK law, we are unable to offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

3. Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if the goods you purchased are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

  • If you discover a fault with your product within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us at sales@truetackle.co.uk and provide details and, if possible, images of the issue.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will offer a repair or replacement. If neither is possible, we will issue a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances.
4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@truetackle.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return address and any necessary instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  5. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Delivery Costs

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. If a refund is issued, we will refund the original delivery costs up to the standard delivery option. We will not refund any additional charges for premium delivery options unless the item was faulty.
